Palpitations and arrhythmias have healed. When I felt anxious or stressed, I experienced palpitations and arrhythmias. I read an article by a doctor suggesting that vitamin E benefits the circulatory system. Over time, I increased my dosage, and in my case, both palpitations and arrhythmias ceased at 2800 IU. I liked this Omega. I chose it because it’s from a good manufacturer and made from cold-water fish. I enjoyed it; it doesn't produce fishy burps, which is crucial for me as I have digestive issues. However, the capsule size was challenging to swallow, and they tend to stick inside the bottle. Regarding its application, I took it alongside coenzyme Q10, vitamin E, selenium, and vitamin C. This combination helped alleviate my long-standing atrial flutter. Regular intake of lecithin and omega also relieved my frequent headaches. I hope this review is helpful.

Good product for the heart! I dislike reviews claiming such products "work" within a week of use; it's merely self-hypnosis. Don't expect immediate results. Just as your body won't detox from ailments if you drink wine or eat grapes for only a week, it takes time. However, over the long haul, this product will significantly benefit the heart. My mother's condition with atrial flutter has improved considerably. It's now one of her essentials.
